Holiday Party Venue in Hazleton | Smoke Rings Cigar Bar

Where to Take the Crew This December

Most holiday parties are the same party. A banquet room, a buffet line, a DJ nobody asked for, and everyone checking the time by 8:30.

If you run a small business or a crew of ten to thirty people, there’s another option: book the lounge.

Why a cigar bar works for this

It’s not a conference room with tinsel. The whole point of a holiday party is that it doesn’t feel like work. Leather chairs, a full bar and a walk-in humidor does that automatically.

People actually talk. There’s no stage, no program, no forced mingling. Everyone sits and the night runs itself. For a crew that spends all year side by side without really talking, that’s the good part.

It scales down well. Not every business has 200 people. A lot of the trend right now is smaller, more frequent gatherings instead of one big night, and a lounge is built for a group of 15 to 30.

Thursdays are wide open. Everybody fights over December Fridays and Saturdays. A Thursday night costs less, books easier, and more people show up because they’re already out.

What we can do

We’re 3,000 square feet in Hazleton: a full bar, a walk-in humidor, leather lounge seating and an outdoor patio.

For a group night, we can set aside space for your crew, work out a cigar and drink package per person so nobody’s fumbling with a tab, and keep it simple. Call and tell us the headcount and the night, and we’ll figure out what makes sense.

Good fits we see: small business and office parties, construction and trade crews, firehouse and club nights, year-end team celebrations, and groups just doing a guys’ night or ladies’ night out.

If you’d rather just come as a group

You don’t have to book anything. Plenty of crews just show up on a regular night and grab the lounge seating. We run poker nights, ladies’ nights and live music through the season, so check the events page and pick a night with something going on.

If some of your crew has never had a cigar

That’s most groups, and it’s not a problem. Our bartenders will walk anybody through picking something mild and getting it lit. Nobody gets made to feel out of place. [Here’s what to expect if it’s your first time.](link to your week 2 first-timer post)

And if some people don’t want a cigar at all, that’s fine too. It’s a full bar.

Book it

Call or stop in and tell us what you’ve got in mind. December fills up, so sooner is better.
